Hot Tub / Pool
Our "spool" is unique in that it is both a soaking pool and a hot tub! We offer free heating of the spool daily from 2pm-10pm. We will send you a message the day of your reservation to learn if you’d like the spool unheated or heated for your reservation, and at what temperature.
If you'd like the spool heated earlier than these complimentary hours visit your unique Boarding Pass link and select the spool heating upgrade.
While we always strive to provide a heated Spool experience, we cannot guarantee it due to the occasional challenges of managing mechanical systems. Additionally, the Spool might naturally exceed the set temperature depending on Tucson’s warm weather. Thank you for your understanding!
Our pool person comes every week (usually Wednesdays). He will let himself in to the pool area and is usually done within 15 minutes.
Rules:
No glass in or around the “spool”. Please use the plastic tumblers in the kitchen instead!
No dogs in the "spool"
While enjoying the spool patio, please keep the doors closed to the house. This will help keep the outside wild and the inside a place for just people and not critters!
Please do not use the emergency shut off switches unless there is a true emergency. These switches turn off the entire spool system. Notify the hosts immediately if these switches are flipped.
